My name is Caitlyn Mason, and I'm a B.F.A. student at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where I'm studying Dramatic Writing and Post-Production. Though it may seem like a strange combination, my foundation in dramatic storytelling informs everything I do in the editing room. I identify as a storyteller, with writing and editing both being extensions of that identity!

Currently, I'm an editing intern at TASTE Productions, where I edit documentary episodes following the stories of chefs, farmers, and food makers around the world. I am also a freelance editor and colorist, and am currently working on some student and independent projects (soon to be released)!

In the Dramatic Writing department, I focus specifically on playwriting, and recently had my first full-length play produced in NYC!

​Alongside my studies, I am a nationally competitive figure skater and coach. I am a 2024 National Intercollegiate Pewter Medalist, and a member of the NYU Figure Skating team. I also serve on the executive board for my sorority!
